Two series of four-week classes:
Foundations 1, “Empathy and Needs,” was in April.
Foundations 2, “The Complexities Within the Simplicity of NVC,” will meet on Thursday evenings, September 1st to September 22nd (Sept. 1, 8, 15, and 22) from 6:15 – 8:15 p.m.
Carlene Robinson, CNVC certified trainer, will explore these and other topics:
- How to access our vulnerability and articulate its depth.
- How to access our authenticity under stress.
- How the art of Requests empower our lives.
For optimum learning, these classes are designed for those who have read Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life by Marshall Rosenberg, PhD, and/or attend practice groups, and/or attended Foundations I.
Hours from this course can be applied to certification with CNVC.
