“What Are They Really Saying?”

Listening Empathetically to Ourselves — So We Can Hear Others

Carlene Robinson will facilitate an NVC workshop on Saturday morning, January 9, 2016, at Vanderbilt University Divinity School. This interactive workshop will focus on transforming challenging conversations into opportunities for clarity, collaboration, understanding, and respect.

“How we hear others largely depends on how we hear ourselves,” says Carlene. “In the workshop, we will learn practices of self awareness, self connection, self compassion and self empathy – sustaining factors in creating the kind of world where communication and connection thrive.”

This workshop is sponsored by the Cal Turner Program for Moral Leadership.
