For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at SpringHill Suites for September 21-22 (Friday & Saturday). This hotel is directly across the street from the workshop facility.
The special room rate is $159 per night plus tax. This rate includes a complimentary breakfast buffet as well as parking and Wi-Fi. The hotel also has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, business center and guest laundry.
Room types include:
- King suite (1 bed and a sofa sleeper)
- Queen suite (2 beds and a sofa sleeper)
(Don’t let all that sleeping room go to waste, bring your NVC friends!)
To make a reservation, please call (615-244-5474) and ask for the Cokebury group rate of $159. There are a limited number of rooms available at this special price until August 15th , so you will want to book early.

For other affordable lodging options, we recommend checking out the Airbnb website. Listings located in the following neighborhoods would be closer to the workshop facility: Germantown, downtown, the Gulch, Vanderbilt/Midtown, and East Nashville.
Transportation:
From Nashville International Airport (BNA), drive time to workshop facility is 15-20 minutes (11 miles).
If you choose to stay at the SpringHill Suites, Uber or Lyft would be an easy option for transportation to and from the airport.
